Tired Eyes Kingdom (kısaca TEK) cephesinden güzel haberler gelmeye devam ediyor. Ekibin bir önceki teklisi Another Moon‘u konu alan yazımda da bahsettiğim gibi yakın zamanda TEK, Burn the Castle adlı bir albüm yayımlayacak. Albümü beklerken de mutsuz olmayalım diye sağ olsunlar bizi ara ara teklilerle beslemeye devam ediyorlar.

Bugün karşınızda TEK’in albümden önceki son teklisi (köprüden önce son çıkış gibi tınladı farkındayım) olan Colombia var. Colombia’da geçen “We burn the castle and dance around it” cümlesi sizin de fark edeceğiniz üzere albüme ismini veren bölümü de içeriyor, bu sebeple Colombia mühim bir parça. Sözü ve müziği TEK’e ait olan parçanın miks ve mastering’inde Ricky Ojijo‘yu görüyoruz. Klip ise Cornelius Vogel‘in imzasını taşıyor.

TEK, kendilerinden duymaya alışık olduğumuz üzere yine hayli havalı bir işe imza atmış. Bu teklileri dinledikçe albüme karşı duyduğum beklenti de git gide yükseliyor ister istemez. Bakalım sizler Colombia ve şarkının klibi hakkında neler düşüneceksiniz?

Good news keep coming from the Tired Eyes Kingdom (TEK for short) front. As I mentioned in my post about the previous single of the team, Another Moon, TEK will soon release an album called Burn the Castle. Thanks to them, while we are waiting for the album, they keep feeding us with singles from time to time to make the wait more enjoyable.

Today, you have Colombia, which is TEK’s last single before the album (I am aware that it sounded like the last exit before the bridge). The phrase “We burn the castle and dance around it” in Colombia contains the section that gives the album its name, as you will notice, therefore Colombia is an important piece. We see Ricky Ojijo in the mixing and mastering of the song whose lyrics and music belong to TEK. The clip is made by Cornelius Vogel.

TEK, as we are used to hearing from them, has done a very cool job again. As I listen to these singles, the expectation I have for the album is increasing day by day. Let’s see what you think about Colombia and the clip of the song.
